(the听鈥�Sponsor鈥�). 听The听Sponsor鈥檚 principal place of business is located at 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517.听The听Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules听(迟丑别听鈥�翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉鈥�). 听Participation in听the听Sweepstakes constitutes听the听entrant鈥檚 full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of,听these听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听and听the听decisions of the Sponsor (including听the听Sponsor鈥檚 interpretation and application of听these听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听in a timely manner.

Eligibility.听To be eligible for听the听Sweepstakes you must be an individual who, at听the听time of entry into the听Sweepstakes, (a) is a legal resident of one of听the听fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) excluding听the听States of New York, Florida and Rhode Island, (b) is at least the age of majority in your state of residency, (c) is physically located in one of the fifty (50) United States excluding听the听States of New York, Florida and Rhode Island, and (d) has access to the internet and a valid e-mail address. 听Officers, directors, employees and affiliates of the Sponsor, Power Play Distributors, LLC, Marriott International Inc., Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, LLC, Wendella Sightseeing Company, Inc., Chicago听Cubs听Baseball Club, LLC (鈥�Cubs鈥�), the other MLB Entities (defined below) and听the听immediate family members of each and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each such officer, director, employee or affiliate are not eligible to enter or win听the听Sweepstakes. 听An 鈥�immediate family member鈥� is defined to mean a spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling of听the听applicable person. The 鈥淢LB Entities鈥� shall mean the听Office of听the听Commissioner of Baseball (鈥淏OC鈥�), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (鈥淢LB鈥�), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc.,听The听MLB Network, LLC,听the听Major League Baseball Clubs (鈥淐lubs鈥�), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with听the听Clubs or听the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.听Entries submitted by or on behalf of entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void.听All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.听 The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period.听The听Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on April 7, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on August 31, 2025 (such period of time is听the 鈥�Sweepstakes Period鈥�).

How to Enter.听You may enter听the听Sweepstakes by听the听following means:

Entry Code Method of Entry.听During听the听Sweepstakes Period, (i) purchase, while supplies last, from any authorized and participating Home Run Inn retailer within听the听Cubs听Home Television Territory (鈥�HTT鈥�) (as defined below)听the听following varieties of 鈥渇amily-sized鈥� Home Run Inn-Chicago Cubs听co-branded frozen pizza including Classic Cheese, Classic Sausage, Classic Sausage Pepperoni or Classic Pepperoni (ii) open听the听cardboard box, remove听the听plastic-wrapped pizza and locate听the听sticker (containing a 7-digit code) affixed on top of听the听plastic-wrapped frozen pizza, (iii) navigate听the听internet to听听(迟丑别听鈥�Website鈥�), (iv) where indicated, enter听the听7-digit code (the听鈥�Entry Code鈥�) printed on听the听sticker and complete all other required data on听the听entry form (by providing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address), and (v) click听the听鈥淪ubmit鈥� button. Normal internet access and usage charges by your internet and/or cellular service provider will apply. Entries generated by a script, computer program, robot, macro, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. 听You will receive one (1) entry into听the听Sweepstakes per Entry Code submitted via the Website as described above. 听Each Entry Code may only be submitted one (1) time.听 Only entries actually received by听the听Sponsor during听the听Sweepstakes Period are eligible.听 The Website database clock will be听the听official听timekeeper for听the听receipt of entries into the Sweepstakes.

Alternative Method of Entry.听To enter听the听Sweepstakes without making a purchase, during the Sweepstakes Period, (i) navigate the internet to the Website, (ii) click the 鈥淒on鈥檛 Have a Code Click Here鈥� link, (iii) where indicated, complete the entry form by providing all required data including your legal name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address, and (iv) click the 鈥淪ubmit鈥� button. 听You will receive one (1) entry into听the听Sweepstakes submitted via the Website as described above. 听Only entries actually received by听the听Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible. 听The听Website database clock will be听the听official听timekeeper for the receipt of entries into听the听Sweepstakes.

Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听may be disqualified, at听the听Sponsor鈥檚 sole and absolute discretion.听Limit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per person per day, regardless of听the听method of entry.听听Attempts made by the same individual to submit more than听the听stated number of permitted entries into the Sweepstakes by using multiple or different e-mails, addresses, accounts, or otherwise may be disqualified.

Winner Selection; Notification.听 The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received in accordance with the Official Rules.听 The drawing will take place at听the听Sponsor鈥檚 office on or about September 15, 2025 (the “Drawing Date鈥�).听 The drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor.

If you are听the听potential winner in听the听Sweepstakes, you will be notified by听the听Sponsor, within seven (7) business days following听the听Drawing Date, via e-mail at听the听e-mail address associated with the听potential winner鈥檚 entry into听the听Sweepstakes. 听To claim a prize,听the听potential winner must reply to听the听Sponsor within five (5) business days of such notification.听 If the potential winner does not respond to听the听Sponsor鈥檚 prize notification e-mail within five (5) business days, or if the notification is rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned undeliverable (for any reason whatsoever) to such potential winner,听the听potential winner may be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and听the听Sponsor will have听the听sole and absolute discretion to select, by random drawing, another potential winner from听the听remaining eligible entries in听the听Sweepstakes.

Before awarding a prize,听the听Sponsor may require听the听potential winner to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听and execute and return documentation such as an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release, a release of liability, a tax acknowledgment form, and other documents, each within听the听period of time specified by听the Sponsor. 听If a potential winner is found to be ineligible to participate in听the听Sweepstakes, or is found to be in violation of听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉, or fails or refuses to execute and return any documentation required by听the听Sponsor within听the听time period specified, or declines a prize for any reason, such potential winner may be deemed to have forfeited听the听prize, and听the听Sponsor will have听the听sole and absolute discretion to select, by random drawing, another potential winner from听the听remaining eligible entries in听the听Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, more than one (1) person claims to be听the听bona fide winner of a particular prize, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, by a random drawing among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s), determine听the听winner of听the听prize. Inclusion in such random drawing shall be each entrant鈥檚 sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. 听In no event will more than the stated number of prizes for听the听Sweepstakes be awarded.

Subject to听the听verification and compliance of听these听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉,听the听potential winner will be declared the听official听winner of听the听Sweepstakes (鈥�Winner鈥�).听The听prize will be shipped by听the Sponsor to the听Winner via U.S. Mail or another courier (e.g., Federal Express or United Parcel Service) selected by听the听Sponsor. 听Winner will be responsible for providing or confirming a valid U.S. shipping address prior to听their prize being shipped. 听Once a prize is shipped,听the听Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, misdirected, or undelivered for any reason.

Seat locations at听the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in听the听prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in听the听sole discretion of Cubs. Winner鈥檚 guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in听the听sole discretion of听the听BOC and/or听the听applicable Club and may be subject to change.听The听terms and conditions of听the听tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with听the听prize. Sponsor, Cubs, and听the听other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at听the game/event/exhibition.听Sweepstakes Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate听the听license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

Odds of Winning.听Odds of winning will depend upon听the听total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

Taxes, Fees and Expenses.听The听Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes related to听the听prize.听The听value of听the听Prize awarded to Winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. 听Winner will be required to submit his/her social security number or taxpayer ID to听the听Sponsor in order to claim the Prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in听the听name of Winner for any prize of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) or more. 听If Winner does not provide his/her social security number or taxpayer ID as requested by the Sponsor, Winner will no longer be eligible to receive听the听Prize and听the听Prize will be forfeited. Prizes of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) or more are subject to twenty-five percent (25%) federal tax withholding and may be subject to additional state tax withholding depending on Winner鈥檚 place of residence.

Publicity Release.听 Subject to applicable law,听the听Winner irrevocably grants to the Sponsor, Power Play Distributors, LLC, Marriott International Inc., Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, LLC, Wendella Sightseeing Company, Inc., Cubs, the MLB Entities, and each of听their respective officers, managers, owners, employees, owners, agents, affiliates, and representatives (the听鈥�Sweepstakes Parties鈥�)听the听right and permission to use his/her name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with听the听Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any consideration, royalty, obligation or notice, except the awarding of听the听prize to听the听winner.

Use of Personal Data; Consent to Promotional Material.听By providing your e-mail address to the Sponsor, you consent to听the听Sponsor sending to your e-mail address Sponsor promotional content including, but not limited to, information concerning听the听Sponsor and its products, services, and special offers. 听If you do not wish to receive听these e-mails, you may 鈥渙pt out鈥� by following the听instructions on an e-mail that you receive. 听If you 鈥渙pt out鈥� of receiving e-mails from the Sponsor, it will not affect your eligibility to participate in听the听Sweepstakes. Please note, however, that if you 鈥渙pt-out鈥� of receiving e-mails,听the听Sponsor may still contact you via e-mail concerning the Sweepstakes including notifying you if you are a potential winner of the Prize. 听The Sponsor will collect personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor鈥檚 privacy policy at /privacy-policy.听 By entering the听Sweepstakes, you agree to the Sponsor鈥檚 collection and usage your personal information in accordance with such privacy policy.

Tampering with听Sweepstakes.听The听Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for听the听actions of entrants in connection with听the听Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any entrant鈥檚 attempts to circumvent听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听or otherwise interfere with听the听administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of听the听Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of听the听Sweepstakes, or whom听the听Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be disqualified. 听Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Sweepstakes, as determined at听the听sole and absolute discretion of听the听Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future sweepstakes of听the Sponsor.听ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,听THE听SPONSOR RESERVES听THERIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO听THE听FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.听 The Sponsor reserves听the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate听the听prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Suspension, Modification or Termination of听Sweepstakes.听The听Sponsor further reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate听the听Sweepstakes and rescind any prize if, in听the听Sponsor鈥檚 sole and absolute discretion, it determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be operated as planned,听the听rules听or听the听integrity of听the听Sweepstakes have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not an entrant in听the听Sweepstakes,听there are technical difficulties or other failures, there is a fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, decisions by Major League Baseball or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor鈥檚 control.听The听Sponsor additionally reserves听the听right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate听the听Sweepstakes should causes beyond the听Sponsor鈥檚 control corrupt or interfere with听the听administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (1) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (2) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (3) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

Disclaimers and Releases. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to entrants鈥� participation in听the听Sweepstakes and/or related to any prize (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to entrants鈥� or any other person鈥檚 equipment or other property, or to their persons, related to participation in听the听Sweepstakes; or arising out of any violation of rights of publicity or privacy, or claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light; or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; or from any typographical, human, computer or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize).

Without limiting听the听generality of听the听foregoing, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Parties: (a) have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to any prize鈥檚 quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose; and (b) will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to: (1) by听the听wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the听Sweepstakes Parties, and (2) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond听the听control of听the听Sweepstakes Parties.

Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for any human error; any illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable e-mail or entries; any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of subscriptions, registrations, entries and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, internet or electronic network, hardware or software, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, or Internet service provider utilized by听the听Sponsor or any entrant; interruption or inability to access听the听Internet,听the听Website, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, traffic congestion, or availability problems; any damage to an entrant鈥檚 (or any third person鈥檚) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of听the听Sweepstakes or access to听the听Website; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by听the听negligence of听the听Sweepstakes Parties.

Each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless听the听Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from听the听Sweepstakes or听the听award of any prizes, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Parties and hereby acknowledges that听the听Sweepstakes Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize .听The听Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with听the听Sweepstakes, including entrants鈥� attempts to circumvent the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听or otherwise interfere with听the听administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the听Sweepstakes. Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of听the听Civil Code of California (鈥�Section 1542鈥�) and any similar law of any state or territory of听the United States that may be applicable with respect to听the听foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: 鈥淎 GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH听THE听CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS/HER FAVOR AT听THE听TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS/HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.鈥澨齌he听releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with听the听intent of waiving听the听effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

Governing Law.听All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听or听the听rights and obligations of entrants,听the听Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Parties in connection with听the听Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of听the听State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law听rules听or provisions that would cause听the听application of any other state鈥檚 laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.听BY ENTERING听THE听SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS鈥� FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (3) ENTRANTS鈥� REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW听THELIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Dispute Resolution and No Class Relief. Except with respect to听the听protection and enforcement of the intellectual property rights of听the听Sweepstakes Parties and听their rights to seek and/or obtain injunctive or equitable relief, any claim, cause of action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the 翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉 or the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by mandatory, binding arbitration in accordance with听the听Commercial Arbitration听Rules听of听JAMS.听The听arbitration shall be conducted in Chicago, Illinois, and听the听Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state law concerning arbitration, shall apply.听The听arbitration award shall be final and exclusive, and the prevailing party in the arbitration may file an action in court to confirm and to enforce the arbitration award.

Any such action, or any claim, cause of action or proceeding not subject to arbitration as set forth in this Section, shall be filed and adjudicated in a state or federal court in Cook County, Illinois, and all parties agree to submit to听the听personal jurisdiction of those courts. Entrants irrevocably waive any rights to seek and/or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief and any defense of forum non conveniens. Should either party pursue any other judicial or administrative action with respect to any matter included within听the听scope of this binding arbitration provision,听the听responding party will be entitled to recover its costs, expenses and attorneys鈥� fees incurred as a result of such action. 听Further, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with听the听Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Social Media Disclaimer. 听Although听the听Sweepstakes may be advertised on听the听Sponsor鈥檚 Facebook page, Instagram page, Twitter page or other social media page,听the听Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or such other social media provider. 听Entrants into听the听Sweepstake are providing听their information to听the听Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media provider. 听The听information an entrant provides will only be used by听the听Sponsor. 听By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants provide a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any other social media provider used by Sponsor from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by the Sponsor and acknowledge that听the听Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media provider.

E-mail Accounts.听If听there is a dispute concerning听the听identity of an entrant, only听the听entry of the authorized subscriber of听the听e-mail account used to enter听the听Sweepstakes at听the听actual time of entry will be deemed to be听the听entrant.听The听authorized account subscriber is听the听natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for听the听domains associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Winners鈥� List.听You may obtain a list of winners of听the听Sweepstakes by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to听the听Sponsor at: Home Run Inn, Inc., Attn:听Sweepstakes Winners鈥� List for The Ultimate Chicago Cubs Experience Sweepstakes, 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517. 听Winners鈥� list requests will only be accepted after听the听end of听the听Sweepstakes Period and requests must be received within 90 days of听the听Drawing Date.

Miscellaneous.听听

1. If any provision of听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉 is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction,听the听other provisions of the Official Rules shall remain in effect and be construed in accordance with听the听terms as if the invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision was not contained herein.

ADI (Tippecanoe); (c)听the听state of Iowa; (d)听the听following counties in Wisconsin: Grant, Rock, and Kenosha counties; and (d)听the听following counties in Ohio: Mercer, Paulding and Van Wert counties.

 

Conflict.听In听the听event of any conflict with any details in听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听and details contained on the Website,听the听details in听the听翱蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒听搁耻濒别蝉听shall prevail.

1. The A Pizza My Heart Sweepstakes (the 鈥�Sweepstakes鈥�) is sponsored by Home Run Inn, Inc. (the 鈥�Sponsor鈥�). The Sponsor鈥檚 principal place of business is located at鈥�1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules (the 鈥�Official Rules鈥�).鈥� Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant鈥檚 full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (including the Sponsor鈥檚 interpretation and application of these Official Rules), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules in a timely manner.To be eligible for the Sweepstakes you must be an individual who, at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes, (a) is a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding, Rhode Island), (b) is at least the age of majority in your state of residency, (c) is physically located in one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding residents of New York, and Rhode Island) and (d) has access to the internet and a valid e-mail address. Officers, directors, employees and affiliates of the Sponsor and Power Play Distributors, LLC and the immediate family members of each and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each such officer, director, employee or affiliate are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.鈥� An 鈥�immediate family member鈥� is defined to mean a spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling of the applicable person.鈥�Entries submitted by or on behalf of entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void.鈥�All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.鈥� The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period.鈥�The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on September 9th, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 21,鈥�2025 (such period of time is the 鈥�Sweepstakes Period鈥�).
3. How to Enter.鈥�You may enter the Sweepstakes by the following means:

Entry Code Method of Entry.鈥�During the Sweepstakes Period, (i) purchase, while supplies last, from any authorized and participating Home Run Inn retailer any variety or topping of any 鈥渇amily-sized鈥� Home Run Inn frozen pizza including any Classic, Signature, or Ultra-Thin pizza, (ii) open the cardboard box, remove the plastic-wrapped pizza and locate the sticker affixed on top of the plastic-wrapped frozen pizza, (iii) navigate the internet to鈥�(the 鈥�Website鈥�), (iv) where indicated, scan the QR code printed on the sticker and complete the remaining portions of the entry form (by providing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and favorite retailer), and (v) click the 鈥淪ubmit鈥� button. Normal internet access and usage charges by your internet and/or cellular service provider will apply. Entries generated by a script, computer program, robot, macro, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per Entry submitted via the Website as described above.鈥� Each Entry may only be submitted one (1) time.鈥� Only entries actually received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible.鈥� The Website database clock will be the official timekeeper for the receipt of entries into the Sweepstakes.

Alternative Method of Entry.鈥�To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, during the Sweepstakes Period, (i) navigate the internet to the Website鈥��(ii) click the 鈥淎 Pizza Our Heart Sweepstakes鈥� link, (iii) where indicated, complete the entry form by providing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and favorite retailer and (iv) click the 鈥淪ubmit鈥� button. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes submitted via the Website as described above.鈥� Only entries actually received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible.鈥� The Website database clock will be the official timekeeper for the receipt of entries into the Sweepstakes.听Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified, at the Sponsor鈥檚 sole and absolute discretion.鈥�Limit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per person per day.鈥�鈥疉ttempts made by the same individual to submit more than the stated number of permitted entries into the Sweepstakes by using multiple or different e-mails, addresses, accounts, or otherwise may be disqualified.

Winner Selection; Notification.鈥�The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received in accordance with the Official Rules.鈥� The drawing will take place at the Sponsor鈥檚 office on April 24, 2025 (the 鈥�Drawing Date鈥�).鈥� The drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor.If you are the potential winner in the Sweepstakes, you will be notified by the Sponsor, within seven (7) business days following the Drawing Date, via e-mail at the e-mail address associated with the potential winner鈥檚 entry into the Sweepstakes.

To claim a prize, the potential winner must reply to the Sponsor within five (5) business days of such notification.鈥� If the potential winner does not respond to the Sponsor鈥檚 prize notification e-mail within five (5) business days, or if the notification is rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned undeliverable (for any reason whatsoever) to such potential winner, the potential winner may be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the Sponsor will have the sole and absolute discretion to select, by random drawing, another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries in the Sweepstakes.

Before awarding a prize, the Sponsor may require the potential winner to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under the Official Rules and execute and return documentation such as an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release, a release of liability, and other documents, each within the period of time specified by the Sponsor.鈥� If a potential winner is found to be ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, or is found to be in violation of the Official Rules, or fails or refuses to execute and return any documentation required by the Sponsor within the time period specified, or declines a prize for any reason, such potential winner may be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the Sponsor will have the sole and absolute discretion to select, by random drawing, another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, more than one person claims to be the bona fide winner of a particular prize, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, by a random drawing among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s), determine the winner of the prize. Inclusion in such random drawing shall be each entrant鈥檚 sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.鈥� In no event will more than the stated number of prizes for the Sweepstakes be awarded.

The prize will be shipped by the Sponsor to the winner via U.S. Mail or other courier (e.g., Federal Express or United Parcel Service) selected by the Sponsor.鈥� Winners will be responsible for providing or confirming a valid U.S. shipping address prior to their prize being shipped.鈥� Once a prize is shipped, the Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, misdirected, or undelivered for any reason.听One (1) prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The prize will be $5,000 (awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner from the Sponsor). The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable.鈥� If the prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited. If legitimately claimed, the prize will be awarded.鈥� The winner will also receive the choice to donate an additional $5,000, independent from and above the prize payable to the Sweepstake鈥檚 winner, to any of the below 501C3 foundations:鈥� Feed My Starving Children, Feeding America, Red Cross, Northern Illinois Food Bank, Ann & Robert H. Lurie鈥檚 Children Hospital, St Jude Children鈥檚 Research Hospital, Donors Choose, After School Matters, Wounded Warrior Project, Mental Health America, American Heart Association, Mayo Clinic, The Anti-Cruelty Society, Brighter Future, NAACP or Black Youth Project.

5. Odds of Winning.鈥�Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
6. Publicity Release.鈥疭ubject to applicable law, the winner irrevocably grants to the Sponsor and its officers, managers, owners, employees, owners, agents, affiliates, and representatives (the 鈥�Sweepstakes Parties鈥�) the right and permission to use his/her name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any consideration, royalty, obligation or notice, except the awarding of the prize to the winner.
7. Use of Personal Data; Consent to Promotional Material.鈥疊y providing your e-mail address to the Sponsor, you consent to the Sponsor sending to your e-mail address Sponsor promotional content including, but not limited to, information concerning the Sponsor and its products, services, and special offers. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may 鈥渙pt out鈥� by following the instructions on an e-mail that you receive.鈥� If you 鈥渙pt out鈥� of receiving e-mails from the Sponsor, it will not affect your eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Please note, however, that if you 鈥渙pt-out鈥� of receiving e-mails, the Sponsor may still contact you via e-mail concerning the Sweepstakes including notifying you if you are a potential winner of a prize. 鈥疶he Sponsor will collect personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy.鈥� Please review the Sponsor鈥檚 privacy policy at鈥�/privacy-policy.鈥� By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the Sponsor鈥檚 collection and usage your personal information in accordance with such privacy policy.
8. Tampering with Sweepstakes.鈥�The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any entrant鈥檚 attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom the Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Sweepstakes, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future sweepstakes of the Sponsor.鈥�ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.鈥�疶he Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
9. Suspension, Modification or Termination of Sweepstakes.鈥�The Sponsor further reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and rescind any prize if, in the Sponsor鈥檚 sole and absolute discretion, it determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be operated as planned, the rules or the integrity of the Sweepstakes have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not an entrant in the Sweepstakes, there are technical difficulties or other failures, there is a fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor鈥檚 control. The Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should causes beyond the Sponsor鈥檚 control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (1) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (2) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (3) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.
10. Disclaimers and Releases. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to entrants鈥� participation in the Sweepstakes and/or related to any prize (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to entrants鈥� or any other person鈥檚 equipment or other property, or to their persons, related to participation in the Sweepstakes; or arising out of any violation of rights of publicity or privacy, or claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light; or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; or from any typographical, human, computer or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize).Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Parties: (a) have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to any prize鈥檚 quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose; and (b) will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to: (1) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sweepstakes Parties, and (2) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Parties.Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for any human error; any illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable e-mail or entries; any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of subscriptions, registrations, entries and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, internet or electronic network, hardware or software, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, or Internet service provider utilized by the Sponsor or any entrant; interruption or inability to access the Internet, the Website, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, traffic congestion, or availability problems; any damage to an entrant鈥檚 (or any third person鈥檚) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes or access to the Website; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Sweepstakes Parties.听Each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes or the award of any prizes, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Parties and hereby acknowledges that the Sweepstakes Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize . The Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entrants鈥� attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (鈥�Section 1542鈥�) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: 鈥淎 GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS/HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS/HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.鈥� The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.
11. Governing Law.鈥疉ll issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, the Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state鈥檚 laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.鈥�BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS鈥� FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (3) ENTRANTS鈥� REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Dispute Resolution and No Class Relief. Except with respect to the protection and enforcement of the intellectual property rights of the Sweepstakes Parties and their rights to seek and/or obtain injunctive or equitable relief, any claim, cause of action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by mandatory, binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (鈥�AAA鈥�) as supplemented by AAA鈥檚 Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chicago, Illinois, and the Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state law concerning arbitration, shall apply. The arbitration award shall be final and exclusive, and the prevailing party in the arbitration may file an action in court to confirm and to enforce the arbitration award.Any such action, or any claim, cause of action or proceeding not subject to arbitration as set forth in this Section, shall be filed and adjudicated in a state or federal court in Cook County, Illinois, and all parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Entrants irrevocably waive any rights to seek and/or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief and any defense of forum non conveniens. Should either party pursue any other judicial or administrative action with respect to any matter included within the scope of this binding arbitration provision, the responding party will be entitled to recover its costs, expenses and attorneys鈥� fees incurred as a result of such action. 鈥疐urther, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
14. Social Media Disclaimer.鈥�Although the Sweepstakes may be advertised on the Sponsor鈥檚 Facebook page, Instagram page, Twitter page or other social media page, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or such other social media provider. 鈥疎ntrants into the Sweepstake are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media provider.鈥� The information an entrant provides will only be used by the Sponsor.鈥� By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants provide a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any other social media provider used by Sponsor from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by the Sponsor and acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or other social media provider.
15. E-mail Accounts.鈥�If there is a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, only the entry of the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail address.
16. Winners鈥� List.鈥痀ou may obtain a list of winners of the Sweepstakes by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to the Sponsor at: Home Run Inn, Inc., Attn: Sweepstakes Winners鈥� List for A Pizza My Heart Sweepstakes,鈥�1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517. Winners鈥� list requests will only be accepted after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and requests must be received within 90 days of the Drawing Date.
17. 鈥�If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of the Official Rules shall remain in effect and be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision was not contained herein.
18. 鈥�In the event of any conflict with any details in the Official Rules and details contained on the Website, the details in the Official Rules shall prevail.
